We're a small team and we read everything. Most questions are answered below. If yours isn't, we're one email away.
The fastest way to reach us is email. You'll usually hear back within one business day. If you're writing about a specific postcard, include the recipient's first name and roughly when you sent it so we can find the order. A screenshot plus your device model and iOS version helps too.
overdue@hideawaylabs.ioOnce you send, we print your postcard and hand it to our mail partner. Domestic delivery typically takes a few business days to about a week, depending on the postal service. You can follow its progress in the app from sent to delivered.
What you see on the decorate screen is exactly what we print, so double-check your photo and text before sending. If a postcard printed incorrectly or arrived damaged, email us with the details and we'll make it right, usually with a free reprint.
Reach out as soon as possible. If the postcard hasn't gone to print yet we can often fix the address or cancel it. Once it's printed and mailed we can't recall it, but we'll help you resend.
Instead of typing a recipient's address yourself, you can send them a private link where they add it. We only use that address to print and mail the postcard, and we never publish addresses or use them for advertising.
Overdue is pay per send. There's no subscription and no monthly fee. You only pay when you send a postcard, and the price is shown before you confirm.
If a postcard fails to print or arrives damaged, email us and we'll reprint it or refund the send. Because each postcard is custom-printed and mailed for you, we can't refund a send once it's in the mail unless something went wrong on our end.
You can delete your account and data from the profile screen in the app (Profile, then Delete account), or email us and we'll do it for you. See our Privacy Policy for what deletion covers.
Overdue gets better because people tell us what's missing. If there's something you want to send, or a feature you wish we had, email us with "Feature request" in the subject line.
